1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Dieu Cars ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors to our website and all customers who use our automotive services at our facility in Dubai, UAE.

2. Our Services

Dieu Cars provides the following automotive services at our workshop in Dubai:

• Car Maintenance — minor and major servicing, oil changes, brake and suspension work, engine diagnostics, AC and electrical repairs.
• Car Detailing — exterior and interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF).
• Number Plate Valuation — free valuation of UAE number plates and brokering of plate transactions.
• Vehicle Buy & Sell — facilitation of used vehicle purchases and sales in Dubai.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a service if we determine it is beyond our current scope, or if the vehicle condition poses a safety or liability risk.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are accepted via our website booking form, WhatsApp, or by calling us directly. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team.

• We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 hours of submission.
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the service workload on the day.
• We may contact you to reschedule if a booking cannot be honoured due to operational reasons.
• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms of those platforms in addition to these Terms.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. To ensure fair access for all customers, we ask that you:

• Provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Contact us via WhatsApp or phone if you are running late for your appointment.

Repeated no-shows without notice may result in us requiring a deposit for future bookings. We will notify you of this in advance.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.

• A price estimate will be provided before any significant work begins. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the agreed estimate.
• Additional charges may apply if unforeseen complications arise during the service (e.g., parts discovered to require replacement). You will be informed and must authorise any such additional cost.
• Payment is due upon collection of your vehicle. We accept cash and major card payments.
• Number plate valuations are provided free of charge with no obligation to transact.

6. Your Vehicle

By bringing your vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the registered owner or are authorised by the owner to have the work carried out.

• You must disclose any pre-existing damage, faults, or modifications to your vehicle that may be relevant to the work requested.
• We will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle upon arrival and note any pre-existing damage. Signing off on this report constitutes your agreement with its contents.
• Dieu Cars is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical conditions that become apparent during or after our service.
• Please remove any personal items of value from your vehicle before dropping it off. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Warranty on Work

We stand by the quality of our work. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Labour carried out by our technicians is warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
• Parts and consumables supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass on to you.
• Warranty claims require you to return the vehicle to our workshop for inspection. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modification after service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Dieu Cars' total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the value of the service paid for in the relevant transaction.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use of your vehicle, loss of income, or any third-party claims arising from our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Dieu Cars logo, brand name, written content, photographs, and design elements — is the property of Dieu Cars and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
